1. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Users must be 15 years or older to register.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential.

2. Platform Usage

• Noteflick is an online marketplace for buying & selling educational notes (digital & physical).
• Platform must be used for lawful purposes only.

3. Content Ownership & Copyright

• Sellers must own or have rights to any notes they upload.
• Only original handwritten notes can be uploaded; these will be verified & rebranded by the Noteflick team.
• Noteflick does not claim ownership of user content but may use it for promotion with permission.
• Copyright complaints can be reported at: noteflick.in@gmail.com
• Uploaded notes are reviewed and upgraded by Noteflick within 1–2 days.

4. Buying & Selling Notes

• Sellers set their own prices; Noteflick charges a 20% service fee per sale.
• Payments to sellers are processed within 7 days after sale.
• Buyers should check descriptions carefully. Digital downloads are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Notes can only be accessed & downloaded within Noteflick for personal use. Redistribution is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Content & Activities

• Uploading plagiarized or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. Offenders face 3-month suspension & payment block.
• No offensive, defamatory, or illegal content allowed.
• Fraudulent activities (fake reviews, payment manipulation) are strictly forbidden.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Noteflick is not responsible for accuracy, legality, or quality of notes sold by users.
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without notice.

8. Privacy

• Personal data is collected & processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
